Inscriptions are definitive after filling in the (1) registration form and after the organisation has received (2) the payments and filled in (3) decharge forms. This at least one week prior to the Subaru Trackday (12 march 2010). If one of these conditions is not fulfilled, the organisation can refuse a registration.Remember: first come, first served. After we have closed registrations, no registrations are allowed. For special offers with clubs, please contact us so that we can discuss a custom made arrangement for you and your team members.

Guidelines registration
- Name on registration form has to be the same as the name filled in on the payment.
- Not complete forms will not be taken into consideration
- The decharges forms must be handed over to the organisation before the start of the event. Drivers from who we have not received a decharge form, will not be allowed to go on the track
- The total amount has to be paid upon inscription and in any case one week prior to the event
- In case of an annulation of the Subary Trackday, the organisation will reïmburse the inscription fee of all participants with the exception of 10 euro for administrative expenses.
- By registrating for the Subaru Trackday, you accept all terms and conditions of the organisation and of the owners of the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps
