Registrations are completed after filling in the(1) online registration form
and after the organisation has received
(2) the payments and
(3) filled in disclaim forms.
This at least one week prior to the Subaru Trackday (14 march 2011). If one of these conditions is not fulfilled, the organisation has the right to refuse a registration.
Remember: first come, first served. For special offers with clubs, please contact us to a custom made arrangement for you and your team members.

Guidelines registration
- Name on registration form has to be the same as the name filled in on the payment.
- Incomplete forms will not be taken into consideration
- The disclaimer forms of (co)pilots must be handed over to the organisation before the start of the event. Drivers from who we have not received a disclaimer form, will not be allowed to go onto the track
- The organisation has the right to refuse any registration without having to justify their choice
- The total amount has to be paid upon registration and at the latest one week prior to the event (Monday March 14th 2011).
- In case of cancellation of the Subary Trackday, the organisation will reimburse the inscription fee with the exception of 10 euro for administrative expenses to all participants.
- Included in the price is: access to the paddock, pit-land and circuit for all sessions the car has authorisation to take part in
- No refund of entry fee’s when registration is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the trackday (unless a credible explanation can be proven)
- By registering for the Subaru Trackday, you accept all terms and conditions of the organisation and of the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps
- Priority will be given to inscriptions for an entire day
- The maximum number of participants is limited to 220 cars per day
- The event is open to the public
- Non-Subaru cars can park on the outside parking
