During the entire day, the organisation will take all decisions, together with the security guards, concerning the event. The defined programme can at any time be changed according to the circumstances that may occur during the weekend.The organisation has put a whole team of security around the circuit: a staffed ambulance, a doctor, a 4x4, a security team and a breakdown lorry to tear away cars if necessary. On the other hand, all cars with amendments made in order to perform faster, will have to pass a technical control to check safety elements before beeing allowed to drive. The control will handle the following points : roll-over bar, safety belt or harness, brakes,…) a detailed listing will be available for those asking for it.
- All occupants in the car should wear a crash helmet at all times.
- Only 2 persons (driver and 1 person sitting in the front) per car are authorised
- Windows and open roofs should be closed
- Children will not be allowed in the pitlane without accompaniment of the parents
- Pets will not be allowed in the pitlane, even not on a leach
- Each participant is bound to follow instructions of the track marshals and of members of the organisation
- After one or several acts of misbehaviour, the organisation can and will decline you and your car acces to the track without having the right to any refund
- By registrating for the Subaru Trackday, you make clear to understand all security measures and accept the terms and conditions of the organisation
